Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 2–3 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 48, or next-day with our Express option. EU and US orders typically arrive in 5–8 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia and most of the GCC. Import duties may apply depending on your country; we’ll show estimated taxes at checkout where possible.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves our studio. You can also enter your order number on our Track Order page.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — all UK orders ship free with tracked 48-hour delivery, no minimum spend. Express upgrades start at £5.95. EU and US shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so reach us within 2 hours of checkout at hello@krivajewellery.co.uk and we’ll do everything we can. After dispatch, you can return the order under our 30-day policy.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

30 days from delivery. Pieces must be unworn, in their original Kriva gift box, with the lotus tag still attached. We refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return.

How do I start a return?

Email returns@krivajewellery.co.uk with your order number. We’ll send a prepaid label for UK customers; international customers cover return postage.

Can I exchange for a different piece?

Yes — we offer free UK exchanges within 30 days. Reply to your order confirmation with the piece you’d like instead and we’ll reserve it for you.

Are earrings returnable?

For hygiene reasons we can’t accept earrings back unless they arrive faulty. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you spot a fault and we’ll replace the piece.

Jewellery Care

Will my Kriva piece tarnish?

Each piece is rhodium-plated and e-coated to resist tarnish for years. Avoid contact with perfume, chlorine and salt water, and store in the lotus pouch when not wearing — that’s all the routine you need.

How should I clean my jewellery?

A soft, lint-free cloth is best. For deeper cleaning, a drop of mild dish soap in warm water, then dry thoroughly. Never use silver dip on rose-gold pieces — it will strip the plating.

  • Cloth wipe after every wear keeps the shine.
  • Avoid ultrasonic cleaners — they can loosen settings.
  • Store separately to prevent scratches.
Can I shower with my Kriva piece?

Light water exposure is fine — but we recommend removing pieces before swimming, in hot tubs, or before using shampoos and lotions to preserve the plating.

What if my plating wears off?

We offer a one-time re-plating service for £18 per piece within 12 months of purchase. Just write to us and we’ll send you a freepost form.

What is “925 sterling silver”?

It means each piece is 92.5% pure silver, alloyed with 7.5% copper for strength. The 925 stamp on every Kriva piece is your guarantee — alongside the BIS hallmark and our lotus mark.

Are your pieces skin-safe and nickel-free?

Yes — every Kriva piece is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, suitable for sensitive skin. Our anti-tarnish e-coat adds a further barrier.

What is the rose gold finish?

18K rose gold electroplating over rhodium-finished 925 silver. The dual-tone process is what gives our signature pieces their warm-cool layered look.

Where is Kriva made?

Designed in London, handcrafted in our workshop in Jaipur — a six-step process from sketch to polish, with every piece individually quality-checked before it leaves us.

Gift & Packaging

Does every order arrive gift-ready?

Every Kriva piece arrives in our foil-stamped gift box with a soft lotus pouch and care card inside — so you can give it without a second wrap.

Can I add a handwritten note?

Yes — add up to 120 characters at checkout. We hand-letter every note on Kriva card stock and tuck it inside the gift box.

Do you sell digital gift cards?

Yes — from £20 to £250, delivered by email instantly or on a date you choose. Never expires.

Account & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Clearpay (UK), and PayPal. All payments are PCI-secure with 3-D Secure verification.

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout is always available. Creating an account just lets you track orders, save addresses and access your wishlist.

How do I update my account details?

Sign in at krivajewellery.co.uk/account and head to Profile. You can update addresses, change your password, and review past orders any time.
